Refer a Client
The Georgia Rehabilitation Services Volunteer Partnership (RSVP) provides outpatient rehabilitative care one time a month that maximizes independence, wellness, and community participation for underinsured or uninsured people with a diagnosis of stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries. There will be COVID precautions and once accepted clients will be notified.
Admission to the GA RSVP Clinic is as follows:
People with a diagnosis of acquired brain injury (traumatic, non traumatic or stroke) and/ or diagnosis of a spinal cord injury (traumatic or non traumatic).
Age 15 or older
Uninsured or underinsured for rehabilitation services
Up to 3 years post discharge from an acute care hospital
Meets Federal poverty guidelines 2023 Federal Poverty Guidelines
